In order to register by mail, download the complete registration packets below. Please be sure to check off events you are entering on the Registration Chart, complete either the Individual or Team Entry Form A or B and be sure to sign the Waiver Form(s). You only need to submit one Team Entry Form. Clip out the Registration Chart and Official Entry Form(s) and mail with Entry Fee to:

Age Divisions
USAG age determination date is the last day of competition (June 23, 2013).
The coach/participant should have proof-of-age documents on hand at the event site. In case of eligibility disputes, lack of proper documentation will result in disqualification of individual participants and/or team.
Eligibility
Level 1-3 Non-Sanctioned Competition
Level 1-3 is open to all female gymnasts in the state of Alabama. Gymnasts are not required to be a member of any gymnastic National Governing Body.
Level 4-10 & Prep 1-4 USAG Sanctioned
Current USA gymnastics membership is required to compete in the sanctioned Level 4-10 and Prep 1-4.
Festival Rhythmics Levels SA (Athletes with Disabilities) and SU (Unified Partners with Athletes of Disabilities) Non-Sanctioned Competition
Athletes not required to have USAG #s.
Festival Rhythmics Levels A and B Sanctioned Competition
Athletes are required to have the USAG Introductory membership. (Full athlete membership is okay)
Festival Rhythmics Levels C and D Sanctioned Competition
Athletes are required to have the full USAG athlete membership.
Event Rules and Format
Regional Prep Rules Apply!
All gymnasts must be assisted by a coach during the competition. Coaches assisting gymnasts during USAG sanctioned events must hold and display current USAG professional membership.
All gymnasts will be entered in the all-around competition. The non-sanctioned and sanctioned meet will be governed by USAG rules and will be judged accordingly.

Awards
Individual
Individual awards based on 50% + one of the total number of individuals entered per event. Alabama Sports Festival State Games Medal awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and ribbons for places thereafter for each event including the all-around.
Team
The top three scorers in each event will be used for overall team score. Team trophies will be awarded based on 50% + one of the total number of teams entered.
Official Schedule
Competition schedules will be posted the week of June 10, 2013.
Confirmation packets, including team rosters will also be mailed at that time.
