Format & Rules
USAG rules will apply
All gymnasts must be assisted by a coach during the competition. Coaches assisting gymnasts during USAG sanctioned events must hold and have available USAG professional membership to present at competition check in.
All gymnasts will be entered in the all-around competition. The meet will be governed by USAG rules and will be judged accordingly.
Level 1-10 & Xcel Bronze, Xcel Silver, Xcel Gold, Xcel Platinum, & Xcel Diamond - Current USA gymnastics membership is required to compete.
USAG age determination date is the last day of competition (Sunday June 21). The coach/participant should have proof of age documents on hand at the event site. In case of eligibility disputes, lack of proper documentation will result in a disqualification of individual participants and/or team.
Fees & Deadlines
Standard Registration Fee(s):
•Level 1-10 and Xcel (Bronze - Diamond) $80
•Team - Additional Fee Per Team Per Level $50
Late Fee: Additional $25
LATE DEADLINE: TBD
There will be NO REFUNDS of entry fees because of rain or other acts of nature, or if an athlete or team fails to participate. Sports using outdoor sites are weather dependent. Competitions will be conducted unless State Games officials determine otherwise, or if the playing fields would incur significant damage. For more information about our FAQs, click here.
Individual awards based on 50%+ one of the total number of individuals entered per event.
Alabama State Games gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and ribbons for places thereafter for each event including the all-around.
Banners will be awarded to teams finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each team division.
